 Hello, I am a licensed clinical Marriage and Family therapist. As an independent contractor, I am focused on working with adult individuals and couples. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Child Development from The Florida State University, and a Master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy from the University of Maryland at College Park. I believe that improving our relationship with ourselves and nurturing personal growth is a key ingredient toward positive self-esteem and healthy relationships. I view therapy as a collaboration in which you are the expert in your experience, and I am the expert in the process.
